Details of Short Breaks Family Disability Activity Days

At the bottom of the article are details of Short breaks Family Disability Activity Days aim at those children with a disability 8 -18 yrs (with a degree of flexibility) and their families (Mum, Dad, carer, siblings, etc) flyers have been sent to Special schools and an email to mainstream schools. Activities included are Kurling, Boccia, Rounders, Wheelchair Basketball, Football (running), table-tennis, Badminton, Dance (various), Wii sports (various), Swimming, Water polo, Diving, Shooting, Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, Hockey and Powerchair football to name a few. Activities vary at each location with the launch event at Yarborough including all those listed and possibly more.

Families are charged £10 (for up to 4 people and must include one adult) and each additional children £1 which is extremely good value.

Please can you forward this on to all, as I would sooner someone receive it twice than not at all, if anyone can pass this on to the SENCOs in mainstream schools I would appreciate it.
