About Carers Connect

Carers Connect is a support service for carers in Lincolnshire - it operates as part of LinConnect a communtiy Interest Company and a subsidiary of Age Concern.

What we do

Support to carers Groups across the county to promote mutual support, social contact and access to services. We can help support carers with face-to-face carers assessment, emotional and practical support. We can also provide benefit advice to carers. We have a Carers Discount Scheme EELL which has its own entrance on this web site.

Where we operate

West & East Lindsey, North and South Kesteven and South Holland.
