About Age Concern Lindsey

Age Concern Lindsey is an independent charity which has been based in Horncastle for over ten years and our aim is to work with and for all older people across East and West Lindsey helping to make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

What we do

ACL delivers services to the older people of East and West Lindsey which include, Information and Advice including home visits and outreach helpdesks, Domestic Home Support Service charged at £9.50 per hr, Social activity groups offering daytime opportunities for creative crafts and social interaction across West Lindsey, individual and club membership schemes, and 5 charity shops. A well Being Telephone Call Service, Fit as a Fiddle gentle exercise and healthy eating classes in West Lindsey, Fifty Forward is our community bi-monthly magazine.Tailored specifically to your own needs throughout East and West Lindsey. We have more than 100 Home Support Assistants, we are willing to help you with those chores which have become a problem including Cleaning Shopping Pension & Prescription Collecting On-site Laundry Gardening
