About Home From Home Care
Home From Home Care is a family company established in 2004 as a result of an identified need for support adults with a learning disabilities and complex needs in Lincolnshire. Paul and Ann de Savary have their own daughter with learning disabilities and saw that other people might be looking at what happens after "College", and set up their first home in Lincolnshire. They registered their company in Somerset, but turned their attention to Lincolnshire where they saw an opportunity to support families. HFHC were winners in the Pinders Healthcare Design Award as Best Specialist Care Development for The Old Vicarage in Stallingborough in 2008.
What we do
Home From Home Care currently provides a range of services and support including residential care, day opportunities,domiciliary care and flexible respite for adults with learning disablities.We are continually developing a comprehensive range of needs led, person centred services, which all offer the highest quality support from a dedicated staff team.
Working Hours
Home Managers are available from 9 until 5pm. The dedicated support staff are available 24 hours a day, all employed for various hours of work a week.
What we cost
All fees are based on each individuals assessed needs.
Where we operate
The residential homes are in rural locations in Lincolnshire: Ruskington, Bardney, Dorrington, Fiskerton and in North East Lincolnshire: Stallingborough. Day Opportunties bases are in Dorrington and Bardney Although the Day Opportunities Bases are in Dorrington and Bardney most of the support and activities occur in the local community and nearby towns.
Our Staff
Home From Home Care provides a comprehensive programme of training for all staff members, from the initial Induction through to the diploma in care. The Induction aims to provide the underpinning knowledge to enable all staff to become more confident and skilled members of the team. Ongoing refresher training is offered as well as any additional specific training highlighted to ensure a responsive approach to the needs of the individuals being supported.
