About Lincolnshire House

Local Cerebral Palsy groups raised money and with support from Scope enabled the original centre to be opened in 1966. At this time the facility offered multi-occupancy rooms and communal facilities.Lincolnshire House Association was formed in 1988 and the administration of the centre was transferred to the new company.

What we do

Lincolnshire House is a registered charity based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, providing residential, day and respite care services for adults with Cerebral Palsy. We provide high quality residential accommodation for 32 residents with day and respite care facilities for people who have some form of Cerebral Palsy. Our aim is to provide as full and varied a life as possible for people in our care.

Where we operate

As from Summer 2010 we will have two respite rooms avaliable to book. We have just obtained planning permission to build a four bedded unit in the grounds of Lincolnshire House, Scunthorpe. This bungalow will provide further facilities for two residential beds and two respite beds.
