About Adults Supporting Adults

Adults Supporting Adults provides community services for people over the age of 18 years who have a learning or sensory disability or mental health needs including those with dementia and who require support to live in the community. We provide services across the whole of Lincolnshire. ASA has a strong belief and commitment to ensuring clients are involved in the organisation especially in the recruitment of its staff. The person receiving services is recognised as someone who has the experience and knowledge to ensure an appropriate choice.

What we do

We offer a large range of support services: ->Respite is a flexible service offering clients and their family carers a supportive break from each other. The service can be provided from 1 to 28 days with a family. This is a tailored made service which: provides a break for the family carer and client, provides a client with the experience of living with other people, respite can be provided as a planned progression into extended stay. ->Daytime Provision, a support service designed to suit you and your needs: support is provided on a one-to-one basis where a positive relationship between the provider and the client develops. The service can be activity or community led. -> At Home Day Service is based in the providers home for people who have dementia or anyone else who would benefit from the uniqueness of this small group based activity. These may include: maintenance of people's interests, providing a break for the family carer, The service is provided with up to a 1:3 staff to client ratio, helping maintain links with the community. ->Extended Stays- which offers an opportunity to live with a supportive family to learn the skills necessary for independence.
