About Strut in the Community

We are a registered charity with out own offices in Lincoln and shops in Lincoln and also in Ruskington and Saxilby. We mentor children and young adults with special needs to achieve independence, social skills and self confidence.

What we do

Short Breaks with Strut in the Community could be an after school club, holiday activity or week away from home but whatever the short break is it will be all about fun and friendships. We provide opportunities for children and young people with special needs and disabilities aged 8-20years, we even do some shorter activities for the under 8's too.

Working Hours

Our office is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What we cost

We pay for most of the costs of making the activities happen and ask for just a small part to be paid by parents and carers. The cost of each activity for the parent is usually; After School Club is £12.50 (£11 on a Friday) Play Days are £10 for part days and £20 for full days Holiday are £120 for 3 nights Sibling Club is £5 per session
