About The Thomas Centre

The Thomas Centre is a new contemporary barn development which provides 4 and 5 star luxury, self-catering holiday accommodation for families with communication impaired children and adults. The Thomas centre has been designed to provide holiday accommodation for the whole family.

What we do

Set in 25 acres, completely private, and 1/3rd of a mile from the main road. The Thomas Centre will provide you with a peaceful holiday location. The accommodation is a mixture of houses and bungalows providing both 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as the following: All bungalows offer M2 specification for disabled access. Landscaped gardens, fully accessible to all. Excellent heated indoor swimming pool and private woodland. Outdoor playing fields and indoor play barns for every Season. A lovely large communal room for all to share. 5 miles from the lovely market town of Louth, the coast and the Wolds. This is the perfect place for you and your family to come and relax and enjoy the five star facilities* at The Thomas Centre. There is a real need for those in residential provision to have access to really first class facilities and at The Thomas Centre we believe we provide such a destination. To date The Thomas Centre has met the requirements for the following types of organisations and groups: A holiday destination point for those in adult residential care. A life skills destination for students and young adults. A school field trip destination for SEN schools and groups. From the many organisations that have visited in our short history, we have found that our peaceful and safe location is of great benefit to both clients and care staff. Our safe surroundings helps to put everyone at their ease.
