About Vitalise

Vitalise is a national charity providing short breaks (respite care) and other services for disabled people, visually impaired people, and carers. There are centres in the uk for respite breaks for adults with a variety of disabilities. In January 2008 we merged with the charity London Care Connections and expanded our services to include Vitalise Home Services.

What we do

Each Centre offers short breaks in a relaxed, holiday style environment with a variety of trips and activities. Guests on our breaks are supported by volunteers who provide companionship and assistance.

We have centres in Nottingham, Essex, Soutport, Cornwall and Southampton
