About NewLink

NewLink is a home based training scheme and is part-funded by Lincolshire County Council and provides up to 20 training hours in computer skills and the use of the Internet for people with a disability, or those carers unable to leave the home, or for whom travel is difficult. For those who are visually impaired we have also set up a Braille Project.

What we do

NewLink has an open enrolment policy where no previous experience is necessary. In order to be considered for this course, a potential learner must:- Be in genuine need of being trained in their own home, Be resident in Lincolnshire & Be aged 19+ (no upper age limit). We visite you in your own home for between one and two hours at a time, to help you aquire the skills to enable you to better understand your computer. What we cost

There is a £5 charge to help with administration but no other fees to pay provided that you are a resident in Lincolshire.

Where we operate

From your home but the main office is in Nottingham.
