About Pelican Trust

Pelican Trust provides meaningful work experience and on the job training in 7 commercial departments, vocational training with numerous courses and job seeking skills and guidance for unemployed adults in Lincolnshire. We have experienced staff that are supportive and able to assist in progression to paid employment, further education or voluntary work.

What we do

At the Pelican Trust the nature of our work and ethos of our organisation is that "we enable individuals to progress into work experience, employment or education opportunities" By achieving this we are aiding adults to move on in life, become more socially accepted, find employment or voluntary work. Since 1990, different commercial departments have been formed to offer varied products and services as well as training opportunities for disabled and vulnerable adults. These include, bespoke joinery, litho printing, digital printing, a business centre, engraving, contract packing and recycling as well as a training department.

Working Hours

0800 to 16.15 - Monday to Friday
