Travel Lincolnshire site supports this voluntary driver faciity for people who qualify and need to have access to hospital appointments. We have drivers in the locality.

What we do

The driver will pick you up at your home and get you to your appointment on time. He will then wait for you till ready for the return journey. All are volunteers, who give their time to help the community and only get paid to cover car expenses. Please remember that we are NOT a taxi service, and will need to be advised of your requirements in advance if possible. Our clients usually book their transport as soon as they receive their appointment.

Working Hours

Office Hours are 10.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am - 1.00pm Friday, but we do have a 24 hr emergency line on

What we cost

There is a minimum charge of £4 For a round trip up to 10 miles and thereafter it is 40 pence per mile.

Where we operate

Our office is based within the Louth Hospital grounds, so is very near for you when you are at the hospital. We have drivers based locally also in Louth, Somercotes, Alford, Wragby, and Woodhall Spa and Timberland

Our Staff

All our drivers have to go through police checks and have full insurance to ensure your safety. So you can use this service with confidence.
