Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the Individual Budget Network Lincolnshire (IBNL) relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term IBNL or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, for which Lincolnshire CDA Ltd is the legally accountable body on behalf of IBNL. The registered office address for Lincolnshire CDA is Commerce House, Outer Circle Road, Lincoln LN2 4HY.
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website including people accessing the site (or their representatives) to find services and users of the site who are selling or advertising their products and services.
The ‘site’ refers to the website or URL entitled IBNL and accessed via www.ibnl.org.uk
‘Data’ refers to any information which is contained in the site to include photographs, text, sketches, calculations, plans, drawings and any other data entered by owners of microsites, contained within the site or entered by other parties. This is not an exhaustive list.
‘Microsite’ refers to the page provided to users wishing to advertise their services and products. An area of the site that can only be changed via login of the user or by IBNL.
ACCOUNTS:
For people advertising products and services you will be provided with a username and password and a micro site on which to advertise your services. It is your responsibility to protect this information and maintain the confidentiality of your account.
IBNL has the right to deactivate any micro site at any time using its discretion if you are not complying with the terms set out below.
IBNL reserves the right:
· to access microsites by means of username and password to provide help and assistance to users and to remove any harmful, illegal, obscene or any material which is deemed to be offensive at the discretion of IBNL.
· to shut down the site to carry out essential maintenance, review, repair , and upgrade. Where possible reasonable notice of this will be given.
· deactivate microsites if IBNL is unable to verify or authenticate information you provide or advertise on your microsite
· remove a microsite if we receive information from Lincolnshire County Council or any statutory body informing us that the use of information from a microsite owner would put potential users of the site at risk.
INFORMATION CONTROL
Information added to the site should not be deemed to constitute advice upon which users should rely unless specifically indicated. IBNL will not take any responsibility for any actions taken by users of the site based on the information provided.
IBNL has not agreed to undertake any verification of the information supplied on microsites by service and product providers. It is the responsibility of users of the site to verify this information.
